Which photos are most useful?
If you can take them safely from the access opening:
- one wide view of the general condition;
- one view of water, old liner or damaged insulation; and
- one view of the access and nearby equipment.
Do not upload images of people, identity papers, payment details or other private records.
What happens after submission?
The details are reviewed for basic scope and service-area fit. An on-site visit is needed before a contractor can confirm the moisture source, system, timing or price.
