What is this site for?
The site helps Columbus-area owners plan crawl-space work. Articles, checklists, price ranges and form replies give broad guidance. They are not advice about one home. They are not legal, medical or engineering advice.
A site visit, quote or work contract is a separate deal with the provider named in it. The provider must confirm the area and that it can take the job.
What do the published prices mean?
The prices are dated ranges from named sources. They are not offers or promises. Size, access, water, cleanup, equipment and repairs can change the final price.
What are the text-message terms?
